We’re looking for an SEO Specialist for the USA Market at Netpeak — someone excited about working with SEO on the level of strategy, growth approaches, and real impact on project results.

    100% of client communication is conducted in English with businesses based in the US. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the world's most competitive and mature digital markets.

    - an experienced Team Lead to help with critical situations and strategic decision-making;
    - a Junior SEO for routine tasks;
    - our own Outreach/Linkbuilding/Copywriting department;
    - established task automation solutions.

What’s important for us

  1. 1.5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  2. English level B2 or higher.
  3.  Proven successful SEO cases/projects.
  4. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors,  and current promotion tactics in LLM.
  5.  Confident use of GA, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Lighthouse, Netpeak Spider, or similar tools.
  6. Ability to process large volumes of data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  7. Understanding of technical SEO and growth opportunities.
  8. Proactive mindset and willingness to influence results.
  9. Experience communicating with clients or contractors.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with the USA and English-speaking markets in general will be an advantage.

What you’ll do

  1. Develop and implement SEO strategies for client projects.
  2. Finding new growth points for projects.
    2.1. Monitor trends in the US market,
    2.2. Respond timely to AI Overview and LLM updates.
  3. Work with technical SEO, semantics, and analytics.
  4. Analyze data and build growth hypotheses.
  5. Monitor website technical health using GSC, Netpeak Spider, DevTools, and other tools.
  6. Collaborate with development, content, outreach, and PM teams.
  7. Participate in client communication and SEO strategy presentations.
